You can register for a scheduled course in one of the following ways:

To complete registration without needing to print off documents -
1. Click on the both attachments - booking form and payment form, and save them to your computer
2. Each form allows you to fill it in on your computer
3. Return both forms to the PGA via the email address cpd@pga.org.uk
To return the forms by post -
1. Print off the booking form and fill in the relevant course details
2. Complete either a cheque for the correct amount, or the credit card payment form and return everything to:

To return the forms by fax -
1. Complete the booking form and credit card payment form
2. Return both forms to the following fax no: +44 (0)1675 470998, marked for the attention of 'CPD Department'
To book over the phone -
1. Call the Member Education Department on Tel. No: +44 (0)1675 470333 with the event title and booking reference.
2. Please have your debit/credit card details at hand to pay for the events you wish to attend. |
